My early works were in the medium of traditional oil painting with subject matter focused on landscapes. This subject matter is undoubtedly linked to my undergraduate degree in geography and an interest in hiking and the outdoors in general.

No Time

Oil on canvas board, 17" x 21"

The title of this painting ("No Time") is based on the song of the same name by the music group The Guess Who ... "no time left for you, the seasons change and so do I." I temporarily changed the painting's title to "Separate Ways" in order to have it exhibited in a special COVID-19 themed art show called "Six Feet of Separation."
